The nitrogen sealing device is composed of a nitrogen supply device(See Figure 1)And nitrogen release device(See Figure 2)Composed of two parts. The nitrogen supply device consists of a commander and a main valve; The nitrogen release device consists of a pressure open micro pressure regulating valve with internal feedback. The nitrogen pressure is generally set to100mmH20Accurate control through nitrogen sealing device. When the inlet valve of the storage tank is opened and materials are added to the tank, the liquid level rises, the volume of the gas phase decreases, and the pressure increases. When the pressure inside the tank rises above the set pressure of the nitrogen release device, the nitrogen release device opens and releases nitrogen gas to the outside, causing the pressure inside the tank to decrease. When the pressure drops to the set pressure of the nitrogen release device, the nitrogen release device automatically closes. When the outlet valve of the storage tank is opened and the user releases the material, the liquid level drops, the volume of the gas phase increases, the pressure inside the tank decreases, and the nitrogen supply device is turned onInject nitrogen into the storage tank to increase the pressure inside the tank. When the pressure inside the tank rises to the point where the nitrogen supply device automatically shuts off.
Working principle of nitrogen supply device
Structure of nitrogen supply device(See Figure 4)Introduce the medium from the pressure point located on the top of the tank into the detection mechanism through a pressure conduit(7)The medium generates a force on the detection element that interacts with the spring(8)Balance the pre tightening force. When the pressure inside the tank drops below the set point of the nitrogen supply device pressure, the balance is disrupted, causing the commander valve core to malfunction(6)Open and allow the gas in front of the valve to pass through the pressure reducing valve(5)Throttle valve(4)Enter the main valve actuator(3)Upper and lower membrane chambers, open the main valve core(2)Fill the tank with nitrogen gas; When the pressure inside the tank rises to the set point of the nitrogen supply device pressure, due to the preset spring force, the controller valve core is closed(6)Due to the spring action in the main valve actuator, the main valve is closed and nitrogen supply is stopped.
Working principle of nitrogen release device
Structure of nitrogen release device(See Figure 5)The device adopts an internal feedback structure, and the medium directly enters the detection mechanism through the valve cover(2)The medium generates a force on the detection element and a preset spring(3)The pre tightening force is balanced.
